I hear ya on the roommate issues, been dealing with a lot of pettiness and general tenseness from my own roommates for a while (I share a house with 3 other people). Made it my goal for the time being to try and get enough saved up to move out on my own or something.

BTW, thanks for the card! Bit late, I know, but I had to leave a week early for Christmas due to my grandmother going into the hospital, and have been busy since I got back (future mother-in-law is now in the hospital, coincidentally).
