...if you had an interview at a place that had a reputation for not hiring women? (especially if you *are* a woman *and* really want the job?)

Oh, LWDF. *sighs* I'm kind of hoping that their prejudice is more towards women doing fieldwork, as awful as this is, because I just want one of the administrative positions. Still, I'm trying not to get my hopes up too hard, but it's difficult.
