Oh, I love that pairing too - my last two fics in SM involved Haruka and Michiru. I've only actually seen the first two seasons. Partly it was Chibi Usa's having gotten on my nerves, but partly it was that I got the impression from talk of Outer Senshi and Sailor Starlights that the cast got to big for my tastes.
