Apropos of nothing, I found this Vorkosigan universe fic: A Deeper Season (http://lookingglass.lightgetsin.com/ads01.html). It's Miles/Gregor, but it's also insanely *good* and it makes the pairing *work*. There's adventure and plotty stuff too, and it's perfectly safe to read it with the monkeys over your shoulder. (I'm getting back into Bujold fic and stuff - look at my shiny new icon!)
