That sounds fantastic. We're off for spring break too, so I won't be subbing. I usually have Tuesdays and Thursdays off from the cafe for tutoring, but I work nights, so there would be plenty of time to show you around during the day in any case. Let me check with my roommate, but I'm pretty sure anytime during that week would be fine.
