Oi, I've been terribly busy and still have way too much to do, damnit. Good news is that Roomie and I are now communicating better, though I'm still going to move out in the summer. Bad news is that I might have to look for another job come then, because of shakeups in the district. Bah!

Random Ekaterinn fact: Apparently I am from China and speak Spanish. No, really. And that's from the mouths of 4th-graders. Goddess only knows what the 1st-graders think of me. (Though from the 2nd-grade class this morning: Your first name is Ms. and your last name is [Mylastname]!).

I was in grade 3 today. They had a different substitute yesterday and it sounds like things didn't go well, so I'm really proud to say that I pulled them into line and got them all working. I am getting better at classroom management!
