And it's probably not as amusing as you were thinking, but here's the scene (it's from a fic where both Sherlock and John are in a psychiatric ward, so trigger warning for mental health issues, I guess):
Six months in, Sherlock grew tired of trying the various tablets they gave him. Palming them was simple, and withdrawal was fascinating, both scientifically and personally. Though if he hadn't been so preoccupied with withdrawal, he wouldn't have been surprised by what happened next.
As it was, it took four orderlies to hold Sherlock down.
Afterward, he told the head psychiatrist's wife about his affairs, got the charge nurse fired for embezzling, and caused three of the day staff to quit simply by whispering something in their ears. No-one has tried to force meds on Sherlock since.
