Sep. 6th, 2005 12:58 amI've hit another saturation point with the news - my stomach and brain joined forces and refused to allow me to read the "storm and crisis" part of the Sunday New York Times. It was Too Much, and I'm sure if there was anything new in there, I would have heard about it though LJ anyway.
Meanwhile, I'm settling into London, though my luggage *still* hasn't arrived. I'm staying another night at Charlie and Ann's, but I went over to the apartment today and met one of my new roommates. her name's Jackie, and she's doing a teaching cert. Tomorrow is orientation at Western, beginning at 8 fucking AM. *sighs* You think for a department as disorganized as English is, they'd at least be late risers. So, in the interest of getting some sleep, I'm signing off now. Night!
