we better have a good explanation for all the fun we had

First things first: Happy Belated Birthday, ithidrial! I'm so happy to have met you online this year, you are awesome and I wish you all the best in the year to come!

I saw Pirates last night with the_acrobat and her sister. We dressed like pirates (I was the saucy wench), arrr! In a couple of hours, I will be off to Grand Bay-Westfield with my aunt and later to St. John to see my grandmother. I'm not expecting to have much internet access until I come back to the_acrobat's house next weekend, thought I'm hoping to get lots of writing done. ^_^

As I prepare to go offline, I'm thinking about a radio show that was playing in the house this morning, asking whether people were too connected (and addicted) to the Internet and all that. On the show, someone commented that maybe some of 'those people' (and we all know who they are) should focus more on making friends offline whether than on the Internet. Well, I thought about that, and then I thought about all the fabulous people I've met via the web and the ones I've met in 'real life' and kept in touch with online. And I want to say this is a marvelous thing and want to extend my love and appreciation to all of you.
