Last Train To The British Museum
Dec. 6th, 2004 11:56 pmSo I had a good evening after I got off of work today.
narnia_girl made dinner for the both of us - spaghetti and lima beans and garlic bread. Yum. I got to take a long nap, which is good, cause I got a grand total of two-and-a-half hours of sleep last night. And then we watched Amelie, which I have not seen before but which is French and quirky and simply wonderful. ^_^
I finished the first volume for the English translation of From Eroica With Love last night when I wasn't able to get to sleep, and oh, it is so good. I love the art, the European settings, and of course the characters (Eroica and Klaus are just too perfect as enemies - Eroica's decadency and Klaus's repression as the irresistible force and the immovable object). I knew the storyline because of synopses and I've even seen some of the art before, but it's entirely different thing to be reading amd following the story along as I go. Anybody happen to have any fic recs? I read some of the fic before, but it's been a while. Or know of any place I could get Eroica icons?
