12 days. 12 days until I leave Dublin and go back to the States. Hopefully, I'll be back some time or another, but in the meantime I'm enjoying my last few days in Ireland, freaking out over exams, and making preparations to go home.
In the meantime, Eeep! EvilHenchman!Peter Wingfield - y'know, Methos. I wasn't as good as some people and didn't spot him until he had his facepaint off, but still. *grins* And the whole mutant=gay thing, with Bobby coming out as a mutant to his parents. Heh. Nice social analogy, yes. On the not-so-positive side of things, Colleen noted that there were a lot of product placements in the movie. I missed most of them. She argued that they were subliminal messages to make you buy the product. I agreed that that was probably the intention, but I did argue that since I didn't notice most of them (i.e. the Baskin Robbins ice cream that Bobby ate) that the "subliminal messages" didn't work. Any thoughts?
I was also amused by her statement that comic books were romance novels for boys. Since I read comic books, and, despite
bejiin's best efforts, never have been able to get into romance novels, I guess I am a boy. ^_~ (And wow, that was a lot of commas.)
Now, am going to Beweley's and getting tea and cream cake and studying. I'm sick of the library.

Well, it's my impression that subliminal messages work through people not noticing them. That's what makes them "subliminal".
You're leaving in twelve days?? Crikey. I had no idea it was so soon!
Where is all the time going? Ack... *chases after time, trying to pin it down*
