I went to P-MAC again today and ended up sorting clothes and helping people find what they needed for several hours. We were outside (they had turned the P-MAC into a medical center) but thankfully underneath shade. I met people who were trying to locate relatives, who needed water and baby clothes and diapers and toothbrushes. A women haif-said, half-asked me, "are they never going to let us go back to New Orleans?" I tod her, "I don't what's going to happen. I wish I did." I gave Gatorade to two little boys, all that they could carry. I saw people inside and outside the P-MAC, waiting for medical treatment and medications. And I don't know what else I can say. It's so unreal and I'm so exhausted. But I'm fine, I'm good and looking forward to getting to Canada.
